Samuel Baxter

University–Rosedale

Samuel Colin Baxter is a lawyer and entrepreneur based in GTA West, Ontario. He holds a Juris Doctor from the Bora Laskin Faculty of Law in Thunder Bay, where he developed a deep interest in real estate law. He is the founder of Baxter Law, a firm he originally established as House and Home LLP, which has grown to offer comprehensive services in residential real estate, wills and estates, and notary services. Known for his ability to explain complex legal concepts clearly and his calm under pressure, Sam has built a reputation as a trusted legal resource for individuals and families in his community.

Though new to electoral politics, Sam has always been deeply engaged with public issues — and the current threat to Canadian sovereignty posed by U.S. trade aggression has moved him from observer to active participant. He is drawn to the Canadian Future Party for its centrist vision, its serious approach to defence and immigration, and its willingness to chart a course independent of the tired divisions of legacy parties. A collaborative problem-solver by nature, Sam brings a grounded, principled perspective to public life, and a genuine commitment to serving his community with both competence and integrity.
